Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time & Charges

Within Pakistan

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 4–7 business days

  • Shipping charges may vary based on location and order size.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.

  • Please ensure your contact number is active for courier coordination.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or SMS from our delivery partner.

  • You can track your package anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

Damaged or Missing Items

Although we pack every order with care:

  • If your package arrives damaged, leaked, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging for quick resolution.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return & Exchange (If Applicable)

Due to fragrance hygiene standards:

  • Perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

  • Only defective or damaged products (received upon delivery) qualify for replacement.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order.

  • Scenterio is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
